What payment options are available?

Can I also pay afterwards?
Yes, this is possible, pay 30 days after your order via the payment method Klarna.

Can I also pay in installments?
Yes, this is possible with various payment options.
Pay in three installments using the In3 payment method.
Pay in 12, 18, 24, 36 months via the SprayPay payment method.

Can I pay at the door upon delivery?

My payment was successful, but I have not yet received an order confirmation. Has money been debited? Then the order has arrived safely with us. In some cases it can take up to one hour before you receive an order confirmation. Check your spam mail to be sure!
Has no money been debited? Please contact us. The order you placed will then be cancelled and you can then place the order again.

I accidentally selected the wrong payment method, what should I do?
In this case, you may contact us. The order you placed will then be cancelled. You may then place a new order with the correct payment method.

If you paid with the other payment method and money has been debited from the chosen payment method, this will be refunded within 24 hours.

I have not received an invoice, what should I do?
You can always find your invoice in your own account under the heading 'My orders' if you have created an account.

If you have not created an account, you can send us an email and we will send you your invoice.

How long is my discount code valid?
When you receive a discount code, you will always be told until when the code is valid. If you want to be sure about this, please contact us.

I ordered a swimming pool with a free item, but the order confirmation/invoice states that this is not free.

That is not a problem, we will see this and automatically refund the €7.95 to the same account number with which you overpaid.

I get the following message when entering my discount code: Discount code ... does not apply to the items in your shopping cart

How quickly will I be refunded after cancellation?
In most cases, you will receive the amount within 3 business days on the account you paid with. If you have not received anything after 5 business days, please contact us.
