Do I need an account to order?
No, you do not need an account to make a purchase. It is easy to create an account so that you have insight into your orders!
Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
After placing your order it is possible to change your details. We request that you send an email to info@azzurapool.com as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to help you and resolve it, but sometimes it may already be too late.
When I placed an item in my shopping cart it was still in stock. It's sold out at the checkout. How is this possible?
We receive a huge number of orders in one day. There is a chance that the product will sell out during your purchasing process.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are €7.95 for both Belgium and the Netherlands. Shipping is free in both countries if the order exceeds €50.
What is the delivery time for my order?
With us, you will receive it within 3 working days. In some cases it may unfortunately take a little longer because there has been a delay with one of our carriers. Have you not received the package after 5 working days? Please contact us at info@azzurapool.com .
You will receive an email as soon as your package is handed over to one of our carriers. This email contains your Track & Trace code with which you can track your package.
If one of our carriers cannot deliver the package to you or your neighbors, they will leave a card in your mailbox. With the code on this card you can indicate on their website when they can visit you. You can also choose to have your package delivered to your neighbors or at a collection point. If you do not make a choice, the package will be offered again the next day (up to a maximum of 4 times). Please note: a delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
How can I see the status of my shipment?
You will receive an email after your package has been shipped containing the tracking code with which you can track the shipment.
My order has not yet been delivered after 1-4 working days, what now?
Delivery may take a little longer. If it takes longer than one week, we recommend that you contact our customer service at info@azzurapool.com .
Why haven't I received an order confirmation yet?
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation from us. Did you not receive this email? Then check your junk mail! If you do not find it there, something probably went wrong while entering your details. Check your account to see if your email address is correct.

You can pay for your order with us in several ways:

RETURNS
How can I return my item?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return unused items free of charge within 14 days of receipt.
The items must be returned undamaged and unused. If you want to return the order, send an email to info@azzurapool.com .
Important: Only unused items can be returned!
When will I get my money back?
You will receive a refund for the returned items within 2 business days to the account you used for the original purchase.
My purchase was delivered incorrectly, damaged or incomplete. What should I do?
We find it very annoying that you have a complaint about an item supplied by us. Always send an email to us first at info@azzurapool.com .
