Do you have a showroom?
We don't have a showroom? Because we do not have a showroom, our items are therefore very competitively priced.
How do I place an order?
Place the items you want to order in your shopping cart via the 'add to cart' button next to the image of the item.
A new small screen will then appear and you will receive the following notifications: View shopping cart, checkout and return to the store.
You will see this screen with every article you add. Once you have everything you need, click on checkout.
Do you already have an account? Please log in first before proceeding with checkout, so you can complete the order faster because we already have your details. Do not have an account? You can also place an order as a guest, but we first need your details. Once you have filled in everything, you can choose to save your details automatically or only pay as a guest.
Tip: register when ordering, so that you can place your order faster next time. You can also view your previously placed orders and pay for any failed payment attempts. We will never send you emails without you having signed up for them.
How do I change my delivery address?
Did you make a mistake when placing your order? No problem can happen.
In that case, it is best to provide your correct address via the contact form. We will then inform you if it has been adjusted.
It may happen that we have already processed your order. In that case, unfortunately we cannot change anything for you.
How do I change the contents of my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible regarding any changes you would like to make.
If you wish to cancel one or more items in your current order, your overpaid money will be refunded to your account within 24 hours.
If you want to add one or more items to your current order, this is not possible.
We ask you to place a new order. If the item is under €50, you will receive a discount code from us that you must enter in order not to have to pay shipping costs.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been processed.
If you would like to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
When will I receive my order?
We normally have a delivery time of 1 - 3 working days if you place your order before 5:00 PM on working days. This means that you will receive your package within 3 working days, if the carrier adheres to the agreements.
Is my item in stock?
We work with an automated system that keeps stock online.
As soon as your desired item is no longer in stock, your item will automatically be assigned the status: 'sold out'.
Can I reserve an item?
We cannot withhold or reserve items for you. You really need to order and pay for an item online. Unfortunately, it is not possible to order or make a reservation by telephone.
Can I order an item that is sold out?
Technically this is not possible online, please contact us about this.
Can I order for business purposes?
Yes, this is possible. If you would like your VAT number on the invoice, please contact us.
