What are the costs for shipping?
We will pay your shipping costs when you order for €50 or more. For orders smaller than €50, you pay €7.95 shipping costs, regardless of the weight or size of the order within Belgium and the Netherlands.
Can I have my order delivered by appointment?
For smaller items (up to 30 kg) you will automatically receive a link from our carrier where you can choose a delivery day.
For items heavier than 30 kg, please note in the comments when placing your order which day you would like delivered. If you forgot to note this when ordering, you can contact us by telephone or email.
During the ordering process you have the option at any time to make a note for the delivery of your order.
Can I choose morning or evening delivery when placing my order?
Unfortunately this is possible. You can always contact us to find a suitable solution together for the delivery of your desired item .
Can I also collect my order?
Yes, this is possible. When ordering you can choose to collect and we will always contact you to make an appointment.
Can I also pick up my item at a collection point?
Unfortunately this is possible.
What happens if I am not at home upon delivery?
The delivery person will visit again the next working day. Are you not at home again? Your package will then be delivered to the nearest delivery point. You will of course be kept informed of this by email.
My package has not been received within 3 working days?
The carrier may have experienced delays at the sorting center. For example, due to crowds or a manual error. Unfortunately, we do not have this in our own hands. In most cases, your package will still be delivered. We understand that this is annoying, and we would think so too. Unfortunately, sometimes it is no different. Of course we apologize for the inconvenience! We advise you to wait. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please contact us
I have received a different item than the one I ordered?
We would like to ask you to contact us directly.
My order was not delivered complete?
If you have ordered multiple heavy items, your order has probably been divided into multiple packages. There was probably a day's delay with one carrier on one of these packages. If you have not received anything after 5 working days after placing your order, please contact us.
