Compared to traditional filter sand, filter glass offers a much longer lifespan, up to 10 to 15 years. Thanks to the fine structure of this filter glass, it is extremely suitable for smaller swimming pools, where it ensures precise and efficient filtration of dirt particles. The glass can be easily cleaned by backwashing, which maintains its effectiveness. If the filter glass needs to be replaced after many years, this is quick and easy to do, so that you can enjoy clear water for years to come.

    For pools requiring more than 100 kg of filter media, it is recommended to use fine and coarse filter glass in combination. This will further increase the efficiency of the filtration, with the coarse glass placed at the bottom of the filter.
