Polyester separation fleece 420 g/m² – roll 2 x 50 meters

This polyester separation membrane forms a separating layer between the substrate and the subsequent finishing layer. The membrane weighs 420 g/m² and is supplied on a roll measuring 2 metres wide and 50 metres long. This provides 100 m² of material per roll, excluding cutting waste and any overlaps.

The generous roll width is practical for covering larger areas. Cut the membrane to size for the intended application. Check beforehand whether the material is suitable for the substrate and the finish you want to combine it with.

Separating layer

The membrane helps prevent direct contact between two layers of material. When used in a pool shell, it must be compatible with the chosen pool liner and the specified finishing system.

The separation membrane does not replace a leveling layer or waterproof liner. The substrate must therefore be sufficiently level, clean, and free from sharp protrusions beforehand.

Practical size for larger areas

With a width of 2 metres, you can lay wide strips. The roll length of 50 metres provides enough material to cover multiple areas from a single roll.

Calculate the required quantity based on the area to be covered and the installation instructions. Allow for cutting waste at corners, penetrations, and other junctions. The net area to be covered may therefore be less than 100 m².

Installation on cured concrete

Avoid contact with uncured concrete to prevent damage to the polyester separation membrane. Only apply the membrane once the concrete has cured sufficiently and is suitable for further finishing.

Also check that any adhesives and other materials are suitable for polyester and the chosen application. A carefully prepared substrate and correct installation help to achieve a uniform intermediate layer.
