Rijo - Winter product - 1 litre

The Rijo winter product is an essential product for protecting your swimming pool during the winter months. This powerful agent prevents the formation of algae and ensures that the pool water does not turn green. Furthermore, it helps to counteract the formation of limescale on the pool edges, so that your pool looks fresh and clean again in the spring. What makes this winter product special is that it remains effective even when the pH levels of the water are not perfectly balanced. Proper winter preparation with this liquid ensures that you can immediately enjoy clear swimming water as soon as the temperatures rise again.

The amount of winter liquid you need depends on the size of your swimming pool. For powerful results, we recommend 1 liter of liquid per 10m³ of water, although a standard dosage of 1 liter per 25m³ is often sufficient. For the best protection, perform this treatment twice per winter so that the pool remains well-protected throughout the entire season.

The winter liquid also has a long shelf life, with no expiration date, so you can safely use any leftovers the following winter.

Required amount of overwintering liquid (per winter):

• 15m³ pool: 3 liters
• 30m³ pool: 6 liters
• 45m³ pool: 9 liters
• 60m³ pool: 12 liters
• 75m³ pool: 15 liters
• 90m³ pool: 18 liters

Instructions for use of overwintering liquid:

1. Remove all visible debris from your swimming pool.
2. Perform a shock treatment with chlorine shock to disinfect the water thoroughly.
3. Wait 24 hours after the chlorine treatment.
4. Add 1 liter of winter product per 10m³ and distribute it evenly throughout the pool.
5. Midway through the winter, add another 1 liter of winter product per 15m³ of water.

It is not necessary to keep the pool pump circulating after adding the liquid. Always follow safety regulations and wear gloves while using the winter product.

• Rinse empty packaging well with pool water before disposal.
• The pool is not suitable for use while the liquid is active.
