The W'eau S-650 fiberglass-reinforced side-mount sand filter is a professional sand filter for medium-sized and large private swimming pools. With a maximum flow rate of 16 m³ per hour, this filter is suitable for pools up to 64,000 liters and offers an excellent combination of powerful filtration, durability, and ease of use. Thanks to the fine filtration of 25 to 30 microns, dirt particles such as sand, leaves, insects, dust, and other contaminants are effectively removed from the pool water, allowing you to enjoy crystal-clear swimming water all season long.

The filter vessel is manufactured from high-quality polyethylene (PE) reinforced with fiberglass/polyester. This reinforced construction ensures high pressure resistance, excellent UV resistance, and a long service life. This makes the W'eau S-650 resistant to intensive use and varying weather conditions.

The side-mount design offers several advantages over a top-mount sand filter. Because the 6-way valve is mounted on the side of the filter vessel, the water is distributed evenly over the entire filter bed. This ensures optimal use of the filter material, results in less pressure loss, and achieves more efficient filtration. Furthermore, the top of the filter remains clear, making it easier to replace filter material and perform maintenance.

The W'eau S-650 is equipped with a professional 6-way valve, which allows you to easily switch between the various filter functions:

• Filter – normal filtration of the pool water.
• Backwash – cleans the filter material by flushing water through the filter vessel in reverse direction.
• Rinse – flushes away remaining dirt after backwashing.
• Waste – drains pool water directly without filtering.
• Circulate – circulates water without passing through the filter bed.
• Close – shuts off all water flows.

For added convenience, the filter features a transparent filter lid, an automatic air release valve, a pressure gauge, and a sight glass. This allows you to easily check the filter pressure and see immediately when it is time to perform a backwash.

The filter is suitable for filter sand, filter glass, glass beads, and filter balls, allowing you to choose the filter medium that best suits your pool installation.

Thanks to the standard 50 mm connections, the W'eau S-650 is easy to combine with almost any pool pump, heat pump, UV-C system, or saltwater system.
